What does MFKcheck cost?
For drivers the service is free during the pilot phase. We are financed by a commission that the garage pays for a completed job. Your price is the price in the quote.
May I present my car myself?
In many cantons, yes – Zurich, Aargau and Ticino, for example, say so explicitly. Each canton page shows what the official source says.
Who sees my data?
During the quote round, garages only see the vehicle, postcode, service and preferred dates. We pass on your name and contact details only to the garage whose offer you accept.
Is the official inspection fee included?
No. The cantonal fee is charged directly by the road traffic office. We show it for each canton, with a source.
